Browsing the site​

No analytics, no tracking and no cookies. Fonts and all other assets are served from this server. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser) to keep the site secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); they are rotated and deleted automatically.

What is stored​

Name, email, company, package.json, description, review choices and reCAPTCHA score. For a paid order, also the order you confirmed with the obligation-to-pay checkbox (service, price, wording) and when you confirmed it.

  • Handling your request, at your request, before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • For a paid order: performing the contract and keeping proof of what was ordered and when (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Protecting the form against spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you press send; it may set cookies and send device and usage data to Google.

Retention​

Kept until the request is handled, then deleted no later than 12 months after it is closed, or earlier if you ask. The record of a paid order is kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, or until any claims under the contract expire.

Recipients​

  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Google (reCAPTCHA bot protection)

Both may process data outside the European Economic Area (USA). Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights​

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data (portability), and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by email to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

Giving your data is voluntary, but without it the request cannot be handled.
